2009		 The Channel Lining and Pipeline Deception in Victoria's Northern Foodbowl Project  Discussion paper detailing that the Victorian Government's "Foodbowl Modernisation Project" and "North-South Pipeline" are effectively insolvent. Major issues are highlighted in the $270m Channel Lining component regarding claims of alleged water yield, enormous capital costs and environmental safety concerns.
